Using an advanced Co-Fermented method, the farmers have unlocked a specific aromatic precursor that mimics the exact sweetness of Lychee fruit. Unlike the jammy "Blueberry" or creamy "Coconut," this lot is all about transparency and high-toned floral sweetness. This bean receives our most delicate Aromatic Filter Roast. Because the Lychee note is so refined, we use a very fast roast profile with low development to ensure we don't mute the floral top notes. We treat this coffee with the same reverence as a fine Jasmine tea, focusing on clarity above all else.
